We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, with a couple of exceptions (explained below). Returns are free, but we ask that you cover the cost of return postage. Within the UK this can generally be done as a large letter for less than £1.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exception for custom Brick Caps
Brick Caps designed through the "build your own" customisation tool are a custom-made product. Each Brick Cap purchased through this tool is hand-made to your design. Therefore returns are not generally accepted on these products. That said, we always try to ensure a positive experience for our customers so please get in touch to discuss any dissatisfaction with your purchase: email@example.com.
Exception for random/mystery Brick Caps
Brick Caps purchased for a discounted price via a random/mystery product listing are not generally accepted for returns. That said, we always try to ensure a positive experience for our customers so please get in touch to discuss any dissatisfaction with your purchase: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Exception for sale items and gift cards
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Brick Caps are hand-made by real human beings and occasionally we make small errors, but are always keen to resolve ASAP!
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
